Once an order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing it for fulfillment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly. Customers will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

We currently deliver to most countries worldwide. Availability may vary depending on local carrier restrictions and import regulations.
If shipping is unavailable to your destination, you will be notified during checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier network.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pinnatone cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Pinnatone has no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, we recommend allowing additional transit time before contacting support.
A shipment may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or if the carrier confirms non-delivery.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping details before completing their order.
If an order has already entered fulfillment, address modifications may not be possible.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
